Eastern Québec has more than 25 years of expertise in teaching both English and French second language courses; we have an established reputation for delivering courses focused on student needs and satisfaction. English second language - Self financed
  • Evaluation to establish student level (following registration)

English with Emploi Québec
  • $30 for 30 hours of English second language training (Monday and Wednesday for 5 to 6 weeks, or Saturday for 10 weeks)
  • For workers from the tourism and transportation private sector
  • Fall, winter and spring sessions
  • Day and evening courses available (consult our News tab)
  • Testing of the student's level following registration
  • Dynamic, experienced teachers

French second language courses
  • Courses sanctioned by Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS)
  • Administration fee $50 (plus cost of modules)
  • Available daytime at Eastern Québec
  • Evaluation to establish student level
  • Earn high school credits
  • Individualised approach

Francization

Not offered for school year 2016-2017

  • Courses sanctioned by Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS)
  • Administration fee $50 (plus cost of learning material)
  • Intensive courses, every mornings from 8:15 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. 5 days/week (20 hours/week)
  • Courses both in fall and winter; each course lasts between 50 and 150 hours per level.
    • Levels 1, 2 and 3 offered during school year 2017-2018
  • Evaluation to establish student level following registration
  • Exam at the end of each course
  • Some eligibility conditions apply

French conversation classes - self-financed
  • Evaluation to establish student level (following registration)
  • Sessions in fall and winter (30 hours per session)
  • Evening classes, from 6:30 p.m. th 9:00 p.m. on Moday and Wednesday for 6 weeks
  • Homogenous groups from 10 to 13 people
  • Dynamic and experienced teachers
  • Emphasis on conversation with grammar and pronunciation a priority
  • Course prices compare favourably with other language schools
  • Group training for retirees available
